It was a peak of a new day,
Sun rays beamed a smile amongst my face,
The whispering wind singing a new tone I needed to hear
The smell of her sunflowers delighting the marrow of my soul
No more dark days ashore…
I will allow my gifts to walk the edges of the planet,
I will heal the thorns of my own petals,
Ascending in the beauty of my reflection,
One sniff of my energy,
Today I trust in my new beginning…
